This 5,000 acre design build gold mine project for Oceana Gold started in 2016 with J.M Cope and is currently still expanding. Electrical infrastructure included over 2,000’ of 35KV cable in 6” concrete encased conduit, 3 concrete manholes, one 750KV and one 300KVA transformers. Multiple support buildings included a 36,000 square foot Administration Building, 23,000 square foot Mine Truck Building, 10,200 square foot Mill Building and Sag Ball Operations and Control Center.
